About the Role
Commsor is seeking a highly-motivated Founding Account Executive who believes strongly in our mission of Go-to-Network. In this role you will work directly alongside our founder and CEO, Mac, to pass the reigns from purely founder-led sales to a scalable foundation for a sales team. You will be a full cycle AE, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities end-to-end. The ideal candidate has experience working multi-stakeholder B2B deals, social selling, and selling in creative ways beyond the classic cold calls and sequences.
Compensation
- Salary range USD $100,000 and $120,000/annually, depending on experience + meaningful commission (kickers for overperformance, no caps, no commission games)

What you’ll be doing:
Full-cycle Sales
- 75% time running cycles with inbound leads. You’ll be supported by a great top of funnel motion and team.
- 25% time creating and running a targeted top-of-funnel process to identify and reach out to ideal target accounts using our own Go to Network methodologies.
- Running demos and level 1 demonstrations to buyers.
- Sell socially - create content on LinkedIn and engage with prospective customers.
- Lay the foundation for a high-performing sales funnel by meeting monthly targets for net-new, pipeline created, and activities like the number of leads qualified and new discovery meetings booked.
- Leverage thoughtful leadership content to nurture your sales funnel at scale, and connect with partner prospects at the right time.
