Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an inquisitive, well-rounded developer that is excited to join an innovative team to take a new product from 0→1.
This product is a key initiative and you will work directly with the team's Product owner to execute on the technical strategy and build a product that will be adopted by a significant user base.
You will work in partnership with an amazing team of talented and passionate product managers, designers, and engineers to build and manage scalable, user-facing solutions. This includes but is not limited to development of private and public APIs and services, and building data integrations.
You'll have the opportunity to find creative solutions to important problems and create and drive new initiatives, seeing them from inception through technical design, implementation, and release. We have big plans and a big vision, and need passionate leaders that love to build and innovate to help us bring this new product to the world.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Full-Stack Ruby on Rails development
- Highly skilled in the following technologies and languages: Ruby on Rails, RSpec, Github actions, Postgres
- Experience working with complex user interfaces and API design
- Experience with some of the following: Clickhouse, Render.com, GraphQL
- Excellent async and synchronous communication abilities, capable of effectively articulating ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional prioritization skills, with a 'ruthless' ability to identify and focus on what truly matters for business success.
- A fast-acting problem solver. You attempt to solve problems head on rather than waiting for others to solve them for you.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy; highly adaptable to new circumstances
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that operational plans are executed with precision and efficiency.
Compensation
- Salary range USD $90,000 and $120,000/annually, depending on experience
- Unlimited PTO + $3k Home Office Stipend + Health Coverage
